We begin with a virtual dialogue regarding aesthetic, budget, and materials. Using your provided photos and measurements, we perform a detailed anatomical analysis to ensure the design is perfectly scaled to your unique placement.
For completely original Gold concepts, BVLA will generate a 3D CAD model for your approval.
For Titanium commissions or modifications to existing designs (such as gemstone changes or sizing adjustments), we proceed directly to specification verification to confirm measurements and stone selection.
Once specifications are approved, production begins. Fabrication times vary by material and atelier:
BVLA Gold: Typically 6–8 weeks.
Other Manufacturers: Up to 12 weeks.
